IT SMELLS LIKE VICTORY. Or springtime. Or the hint of the coming sun. A month ago I couldn't have gotten the sun and Center City into the same shot from this position atop Belmont Plateau where I see my share of dawns on my way to teach at Montgomery County Community College.
Day by day the sun is marching south (moving to the right) on the eastern horizon.. Sometime between today and the sumer solstice on June 21 it will rise right over Center City. I hope I'm there to take the picture.
