Monday was the first day of the city's ban on smoking in bars, and patrons at Dirty Frank's in Center City complied with the new regulations by stepping outside and blowing smoke on innocent passersby. The cloud of smoke from Peter Hurd's lungs almost matches the white blossom tree scene on the mural behind him at 13th and Pine.
